GROUP CLASSES

STRENGTH INTERVAL FITNESS

High intensity interval training will work your body from the floor up and all
around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength
and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits and walk
out feeling 100% worked out and 100 % successful! All levels welcome.

EVERY WEDNESDAY

7:30 am - 8:30 am

BREATH ANDFLOW + MEDITATION

A yoga practice to help ease the body by pairing breath to movement. We'll stabilize the nervous system and help bring the mind to the present moment. All levels welcome.
